This Privacy Policy applies to Cookie Flip Bakery (Bundle ID: com.xgames.cookieFlipBakery, the “App”) and explains how information is handled.
1. Information We Process
Data stored on your device
Game progress, stars, settings, language preferences, hint records, and ad-frequency records remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers by the App. You can remove this data by deleting the App or clearing its data.
Initialization service data
At startup, the App sends its language, platform, app version, build number, and Bundle ID to our initialization service so it can return version rules, announcements, support links, and ad configuration. Our hosting provider may automatically log IP address, access time, User-Agent, and request status for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Advertising data
The mobile App uses Google AdMob for a home-screen banner, rate-limited interstitials, and optional rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, app interactions, crash data, performance data, and diagnostics. We request non-personalized ads and use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable consent choices.
2. How Information Is Used
- Save and restore local progress and preferences;
- Provide version updates, announcements, policies, and support links;
- Serve, frequency-limit, and measure advertising;
- Protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal information. We may provide infrastructure hosts and Google AdMob with information necessary to perform their services. Those providers process information under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising Policies.
4. Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Server access logs are retained only as necessary for security, operations, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. The App has no account system, so we cannot identify you by an in-game account. To request access, correction, or deletion, email us with enough information to locate the relevant request.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You can review or update applicable consent choices through “Ad privacy choices” in the App and restrict advertising identifiers in system settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. It does not request names, birth dates, or contact details and has no accounts, chat, or user-generated content. We do not knowingly collect personal information submitted directly by children. A guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us.
7. International Processing and Security
Providers such as Google may process information outside your country or region and apply appropriate safeguards. The App uses HTTPS for initialization requests, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when features, laws, or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date, and material changes may also be announced in the App.
